Beautiful Prints, Million-Dollar Businesses, Glasses & Flying Cars
I hope you're having a great week. This is a bit different from the usual newsletter, but there's a lot of cool stuff:
Product I Absolutely Love: Saltwreck Map Art Prints
The guys at Saltwreck reached out and sent me a 16" x 20" Lunenburg print, and I'm absolutely in love with it. They're beautiful designs, on top-quality paper, and I'm going to be getting a lot more. Awesome for decorating, showing your hometown pride (they have all kinds of cities in Canada), gifting and more. Friends, prepare for many gifts from Saltwreck.
What I'm Reading/Watching:
- Take a First Look at Larry Page’s Latest Flying Car - Overview of the latest in flying car development, supplemented by this video of Casey Neistat actually flying it. Pretty cool to see some realistic tech as an engineer.
Book I'm Reading:The Million-Dollar, One-Person Business
I started reading this after hearing Tim Ferriss's podcast about it, on the anniversary of his publishing the 4-Hour Workweek, which I credit for originally getting me into entrepreneurship. Lots of interesting, inspiring case studies.
What I'm Listening To: Here’s Every Sample on Kanye West & Kid Cudi’s ‘Kids See Ghosts’
First time I've come across these, but they're very cool videos that stitch the original sample songs with modern releases, in this case Kanye West and Kid Cudi's new album.
Product I'm Using/Wearing: Glasses from Clearly.ca
Finally came to terms with the fact I needed my eyes checked recently (after years of denial), and was happy to discover Clearly and convince them to send me some glasses. Not only am I actually happy with the glasses, but they've got some awesome affordable options, and I got my pair within a couple days of ordering.
You can see me wearing mine here.
Have a great week!
Graham
