Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy covers grahammann.net (the “site”), run by Graham Mann. Questions: graham@grahammann.net.

What I collect

Information you give me — when you book a call or request a resource, that includes your name, email, phone number, business details, and anything you type into a form. Information collected automatically — basic analytics (pages viewed, device/browser, referring site) and the marketing parameters in a link you clicked (e.g. UTM tags), via cookies and similar technologies.

Cookies, analytics & advertising pixels

The site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. The Meta Pixel may record page views and actions (such as submitting a form or booking a call) and share them with Meta to measure and improve ads. You can control this through your browser cookie settings, your Meta ad preferences, and tools like the Google Analytics opt-out.

How I use it

To respond to you, run and follow up on booked calls, deliver resources you request, measure and improve the site and my advertising, and (if you opt in) send occasional useful emails. I do not sell your personal information.

Who I share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work, under their own privacy terms: scheduling (Cal.com), data storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), email (Kit/ConvertKit), and analytics/advertising (Google, Meta). I may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your information at any time — just email graham@grahammann.net. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, and adjust cookies in your browser. I keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. See also the Terms.
