Growth Marketing, Zero Waste & Boxing

ByGraham Mann

I hope you're having a great week! Here are some things I've been checking out and working on the last week:

What I'm Reading:

  • Growth Marketing - Julian Shapiro - This piece was recommended to me by some startup friends, and it delivered. One of the best guides I've read in a long time (it's long, but worth it). His others cover building muscle and critical thinking.
  • Zero Waste Home - Bea Johnson - This is the most complete book I've read to date on going zero waste. Certainly some things to add, but it's worth the read.
  • The Athletic - For any sports fans out there, this is worth subscribing to. Particularly if you're interested in behind-the-scenes or statistics, the writing is fantastic. You can get 25% off with this link, though with a bit of looking around you can probably find a 50% off code. $28 for the first year is worth trying out.

Product I'm Using:FightCamp
Full disclosure, this company is run by some friends of mine, but I recently visited and tried out the product, and it is fantastic. If you're familiar with Peloton, it's the same model, but for boxing. I personally find home boxing way more fun than indoor biking. Not currently available in Canada, but US residents - you should try it.

Photo I Shared: Winter Surfing in Nova Scotia
One of my favourite photos in a long time, this gives some glimpse into how beautiful Nova Scotia can be year-round.

Have a great week!
