Happy Wednesday !
Thanks to all who filled out the survey about this newsletter. It was clear that you'd like to see more blog posts and articles, and a larger focus on topics like productivity, tech and psychology, so I'm going to put a larger emphasis there.
I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you all for subscribing! I enjoy curating stuff I find interesting and I'm happy you want to share it with me.

Now, without further ado...
Blog Post I Wrote: Stop Criticizing Positive Change
Most of us want to improve ourselves. Yet we have a tendency to point out imperfections when others do the same, a tendency we must fight. This habit is something that drives me nuts, yet is a difficult one to avoid.
Articles I'm Reading:
Things Many People Find Too Obvious To Have Told You Already - Patrick McKenzie - This thread is packed with valuable reminders related to tech, and is one I've bookmarked to return to regularly.
The Myth and Magic of Generating New Ideas - The New Yorker - A nice piece on how to generate ideas, written by a professional mathematician. TL;DR: lots of hard work, understanding, long periods of unconscious thinking, and perseverance.
Is ditching meat a "game-changer" for your health? - Peter Attia - A thoughtful response to the new Netflix documentary "The Game Changers". A good example of why we must think critically about everything we see, and why it's so difficult to draw good conclusions from much of what is presented to us every day.
A Vroom of His Own - Vanity Fair - A look inside Ralph Lauren's stunning car collection. Make sure to view the photos too.
The Predator That Makes Great White Sharks Flee in Fear - The Atlantic - A quick read about a predator that literally sucks the liver from great whites.
Course I Recommend: Reforge Programs
I'm just wrapping up Reforge's Retention + Engagement program, and it has been fantastic. Easily the most valuable course/method of learning I've encountered in the tech world. If you are looking to level up, or want to help people in your company improve quickly, I can't say enough positive things about these courses. They will immediately help you and your company.
Have a great week!
Graham
