Sleep, Running Faster & Productivity Planning

Happy Wednesday Thursday !

I hope you're having a great week. Here are some things I've been checking out and working on the last week:

Articles I'm Reading:

While We Sleep, Our Mind Goes on an Amazing Journey - National Geographic - an interesting breakdown about what research has taught us about the stages of sleep (and, shocker, we need more of it). Useful infographic about the effects of electronics and their delay in the onset of sleep.

Nike Says Its $250 Running Shoes Will Make You Run Much Faster. What if That’s Actually True? - NYT - fascinating analysis of hundreds of runners using Strava's open data to determine if a particular pair of running shoes increase performance (they do).

Graph of Waymo's Autonomous Miles Driven - Twitter - Waymo is Google's autonomous vehicle subsidiary. Short story: self-driving vehicles are going to explode soon.

Product I'm Using: Matador Droplet Wet Bag

Our friend Steve took us in the tank at Ripley's Aquarium last week (which was awesome), and my habit of traveling with this tiny wet bag finally paid off when we had to take our wet trunks with us to dinner. You can find some of my other favourite products here.

Song I'm Listening To: Green Glow - BECCA

I saw Becca perform in Montreal, and her voice is amazing. This is one of her first tracks, but I have no doubt there will be lots more with awesome vocals.

Have a great week!

Graham
