Never Miss Twice

Never Miss Twice

There are lots of tactics for improving how we develop habits.

But some stick out more than others.

“Never miss twice” is one. It’s sort of a habit mantra.

The idea is simple: whenever you miss doing a habit, forgive yourself, and then get back at it the next time.

Didn’t get a workout in? Get back at it tomorrow.

Slip on your healthy eating? Get back to good food at the next meal.

A simple, powerful rule.

Never miss twice.

Don't miss the next one
