You remember how great sleep is after you’ve had a full night of good rest.
Better sleep promotes better performance throughout our lives.
Your thinking is clear.
You make better decisions.
Your body feels better; you are more likely to exercise.
You are less reactive and have more stable emotions.
It’s easier to focus.
To get better sleep:
Hydrate often.
To get 8 hours of sleep, be in bed more like 9.
Read a book (not on a screen) before bed.
Go to bed and get up at the same time.
